Please check if your order through website or Tiktok shop and file claim accordingly if you have any concern.
The blind box is a special item. Please ensure that you record the entire unboxing process upon receiving the product to avoid any issues with missing or damaged items. If you do not record the unboxing video, we will not be responsible for any missing parts or damages!

1. Due to the blind box nature, refunds and exchanges cannot be processed after the order is unboxed unless there is a quality problem.

2. If your order has INCORRECT, DAMAGED, OR MISSING ITEMS issue, please contact us within 7 days from the receipt of our item, any request after 7 days will not be honored. Please make sure to contact us via email (purrrfect.plushies2024@gmail.com) first.

3. We do our best to pack our products carefully, but we cannot guarantee that the boxes will arrive in perfect condition due to international shipping. We want to make it clear that any damage to the outer packaging is the result of the delivery company handling it, which is beyond our control. We are only responsible for damages to the figures inside the blind box.
